Super Quick Cat Blanket Pattern

Due to a surplus of size P hooks and solid colored acrylic yarns, I have come up with another pattern for making the 8"x17" blankets we are making to donate to the Humane Society, as part of the Remembering Rowan Project. This size fits perfectly into the carriers cats will ride in when they are adopted.

PATTERN:
Hold 3 strands of worsted weight yarn together, working with a P hook.
Chain 16 (or number of stitches to measure 8").
Hdc in 2nd chain from hook, and each stitch across (14 Hdc).
Repeat for 23 rows or until blanket measures at least 17".
Finish off, don't weave in ends. Adjust.

I finished my first 7 in 7 Challenge on Sunday! Will start another round next week, during my Learn to Crochet Nights and Playdate on August 2nd and 3rd. If you are local and want to join us, message me for details.
