  2. Ah, post 25 referred to your thread back on Rav. :)

    Just begin with the first Half Double Crochet Tutorial under Reversible Intarsia Tutorials above. Then move on to Late Color Changes, hdc-sc-tog, and Sharp Angles.

    If you practice each of these slightly different ways of making the stitches you will get much smoother lines, eliminating the "stickers". These are all for working in half double crochet stitches. If you are working from a single crochet grid, you can count 2 rows of half double crochets for every 3 rows on your grid.

  3. I am making Hollis' Hook Bag included in The Kentuckian. I am new to crochet and may have missed or misunderstood something. The beginning of the Flap refers to SC's. However there have not been any SC's created. What am I missing?
